Exposure: ISO:400 f/10 1/320 25 mm (35mm equivalent)
- The maker has chosen a very good vantage point from which to capture this image. The swirling pattern in the rocks draws the viewer's eye into the frame. Focus is sharp throughout the image and exposure is well-controlled.
- love the leading lines. Over all, on my screen, the photo seems drab and missing the drama of this incredible geologic scene
- Competent rendering of a Wave element but not so interesting. Find a way to make people to say "Wow."
- Beautiful location with expressive swirls of color. Consider increasing contrast, vibrance and/or saturation to emphasize fire colors. Consider less depth of field or use post processing techniques to blur or darken the formations beyond which would increase the importance of the foreground formation.
