- Very sharp and interesting central subject. The sharpness of the old wood frame adds interest. The rag in the vent is distracting and draws interest away from the subject. The strong texture and color of the wall might be less imposing if it were selectively blurred a little. Cropping left, right and top would increase the relative size of the very lovely and colorful subject.
- An interesting and moody portrait subject! However, the vent in the upper left is a bit distracting to the eye; the composition might be stronger if it were cropped in from the left and bottom. Also, the skin tones seem a bit murky.
- This is a well balanced composition even though the subject is in the middle. She is balanced by the diagonal under the window and the round feature in the upper left. The lighting seems very flat. Perhaps lighening the center and darkening the outer areas would draw the eye in more. This is a very peaceful scene.
