- Cool intraspecies action.Need more of animals. Was this a mating scene? Focus not super sharp and generally too dark.
- I like the interplay between the two animals. There is an intresting nature story in this image. The maker was close enough to fill the frame. The lighting is nice and soft and the background well handled. The image could use more depth of field with the lower, closer, jackel nose being a little soft and the rear of the upper also being soft.
- A little technical work would dramatically improve the image
- You've captured the tender emotion; good detail in face of the darker jackal & body of the lighter jackal; if they're the main subjects, clarity in both is critical; Cropping to leave the head area just behind the elbow would definitely improve the photo overall.
