- Great focus. Some issues with the foreground. Maybe crop out some of it. Don't think you'll lose any impact with the photo. Needs a little separation from the background. I like the dental work.
- The maker did an excellent job with this fast moving bird to keep the eye, beak, and forward part of the body in focus. The eye grabs the viewers attention. The out of focus background adds to a nature story as it shows the viewer the habitat. The background, while adding to the story also detracts some in that it is brighter than the subject in places. That happens in the desert on a sunny day but a little burning in could recude the problem some.
- Great image.
- Experiment w/higher speeds when you'd like more detail. An opportune shot of an owl not often captured in flight; F22 & a little higher would give detail to the background. Experimenting brings more accuracy and it's fun.
