Club Meeting Schedule

Unless otherwise specified, all meetings will be held at the Lutheran Church - 25 Chapel Road, Sedona

Regular Meetings
  Meetings are normally held in the months of September through May.
  Educational meetings may occasionally be held during the June-August period and will be announced beforehand.
  Regular meetings are held on the last Monday of each month even if that Monday falls on a fifth Monday or a holiday.
  Two special meetings, the Holiday Party in December and the Annual Year End Party and Awards in May.
  They are generally scheduled on Monday evenings. A typical meeting schedule is as follows:
    6:00 - Workshop
    7:00 - Intermission
    7:15 - Information Sharing
    7:30 - Featured Speaker
Guests are welcome, but are required to join after attending two meetings. See the calendar on the club’s website for meeting schedule.

Annual Meeting
  The April meeting has been designated as the Annual Meeting for the election of officers and directors, the presentation of annual reports, and any other business that requires the approval of the membership.
  Proxy ballots maybe provided to members that cannot attend in person.
